Well, that’s the winter taken care of. I think we’ll be spending it revising the RPR! There are some frightening changes in the new list. Will it galvanise people/organisations into action?

I was there a couple of weeks ago for the BSBI Recoders’ Meeting when the Box was in flower. Some bushes were badly affected by blight and moth, but others nearby were healthy.

It was hard to see among the willow coppice stems, when we went to find it (with a grid ref from the finder). It’s not producing spores yet, so will be checked in the spring. I had a look at another willow coppice area but couldn’t find another one.
