ngl, I think I actually like the drama's version of the first kiss over the comic's. I love the build-up. I love actually hearing Nomoto's voice crack as she finishes her request delicately. I love the clock stopping. I love how awkward it is because we know these ladies don't HAVE experience!

Manami has said she had a tendency to "put up a wall/shield" when she's working, mostly to protect herself. As a result, "Higa Manami, actress" was just another role of hers

But Emi saw past that, helped free Manami, and show her that it's okay to be yourself. She broke that wall! 🧱🔨
