ADPList helped me find a new purpose-mentoring & helping others succeed, when I felt my career was severely stagnated in 2022. All mentees and mentors I met helped me become a better-rounded designer. Now I’m shutting down my account to find a *truly* purpose-driven community.
Enough is enough; I've finally deleted my ADPList account.

I've been on the platform since 2021, doing one of the things I love most–mentoring people and helping them get unstuck. I’ve also met some incredible mentors and mentees.

Having Hotjar on my portfolio's been a game changer in my UX job search. Not only can I see how people skim my case studies (if ever), but also it reveals the most relevant case study to the hiring manager before portfolio review. I've had managers saying "Great, this is what I wanted to see!"

I wholeheartedly emphasize how ineffective "spray-and-pray" is. The UX job market is rough. Blindly applying to 100+ jobs doesn't work. Instead, curate jobs that you're qualified for and match your strengths. One way to do it is to apply for jobs that match your resume, not the other way around.
If you’re a UXer applying for work, it’s easy to become disheartened by the seeming fruitlessness of your efforts.

The UX job market is a mess. Here’s a comprehensive guide to why and what you can do about it.
