v0.3.0 is online with the following new features:
- Overflowing starter packs are handled by creating new ones (max 150 users per starter pack are possible)
- Microsoft Regional Directors can verify now
- Small UI and MVP tech area fixes (thanks to @karlots.com and @fullstackgeek.net
