You've got mild osteoarthritis in both knees. But we aren't referring you to a specialist to actually manage it and help stop it getting worse. Just keep chugging pain killers since that helps with the pain...

Been a shit few days with some bad news delivered on Thursday. It was actually completely expected by me, but not by my doctors. Even with it being expected it's still sobering and means more significant life changes.

Drawing heavier figures without simplifying muscle and fat groups can be really challenging. This is the method I settled on after a few years of experimenting. Maybe it'll help someone out there like it did for me!
