Even the most well intentioned and "uniformed" studios/publishers etc needs to feel a flame so hot when they touch on this that they're scarred for life, I'm sorry.

The collateral damage being a studio's *reputation* is nothing compared to the creatives whose work was stolen just to replace them.

Zero tolerance is the ONLY and FITTING response to genAI being used in production of media.

Sure, you might think it's too harsh. Sure, they might've only used it for early stuff in development, etc

Listen, it's not even a SLIPPERY slope, there is NO friction at all unless we speak out against it.

You know, even though it's just been one episode of the new season of Fallout, the whole "mind control chips being an unfinished experiment," kinda killed the whole idea I had for my Fallout Characters.
