Holy shit Tanahashi really has nothing in those knees, he is moving ROUGH.

One of my absolute favorite parts of AEW is whenever someone on the commentary makes a joke, and the table goes QUIET for an extended period.

Those boys giggling with the cough buttons on, consummate professionals.

Every now and then I pop in some WWE PPV to see whats happening on the other side of the fence.

And every time I'm hit with the stink of it.

Now Stuntman did get a sequel on PS3, but this was very much a niche AA title. One of those games you played to death as a kid, because you didn't have anything else.
And boy, this game ALTERED MY BRAIN. If there is driving in a modern videogame, I will start doing "emergent" Stuntman in it.

Nathan Fielder is such a fascinating artist, he blurs the line between reality and fiction to a degree I have never seen before.

And the command he has with that blurring, it takes the viewer to INSANE emotional rollercoasters.

The "most frequent" use case for ChatGPT went from looking up information and ideation into affirmations and therapy.
And at the same time, the company made it GAS YOU UP in the most egregious ways.

This is so fucking predatory, and cannot be regulated into oblivion fast enough.

No, I don’t like AI therapists because they are harmful!

Decided to watch Raw after Mania because it's usually a hoot, and IMMEDIATELY remembered why I stopped watching WWE.

Opens up with an ETERNAL Cena promo, it was fine, you can just zone out and let him yap.

Then INEXPLICABLY the womens tag champs get a rematch for their titles! And win them back!

I saw a post on Twitter that had broken down Wrestlemania night 1 to how much wait time there is between matches, and how much actual match time there is.
And I saw some people lamenting that it should account for entrances.

So I did something similar for night 2. But I broke things down a bit more

Ok, Wrestlemania night 2 today!

I saw a post on Twitter about how much wait there is on a wrestlemania card, between actual match times. And that got me curious. So I think, as I watch this PPV, I will measure the match time, the time between matches, and even how long the entrances take.

WRESTLEMANIA 41!

Starts off with the skip of all skips, a whopping 3 HOUR KICKOFF, WITH NOT AN MINUTE OF WRESTLING.

I scrolled it through the timeline, there was no way I was watching that. Apparently WWE acquired AAA, which fucking sucks. Wrestling is better without monopolies.

It's Wrestlemania Weekend, that means daily wrestling, and I recon I'll do a little thread here of what I've seen so far, and then get to "live skeeting" Wrestlemania, as I watch it on VOD.

So first, quick recap of JJSB.

Watching Sabus last match, and he is looking for fucking ring steps to get in the ring because he is so fucking beat up he can't climb in without assistance.

He is BARELY staying upright.

AEW doing a PWG style 60mph triple threat match with comedy spots and Knox taking punishment is 100% what I needed today.

Stellar wrestling from everyone. Booked to perfection.
Everyone looked strong from start to finish. I could have believed anyone of the 3 taking the win.

Mike Bailey was a guy I always thought should have been on TV.
Guy has a really fun wrestling style, he has a neat look, very likeable.

So it's great to see him on AEW and thriving.

AEW is so cool, like within a month they introduced Kevin Knight and Speedball as contenders, and IMMEDIATELY both are part of the next PPV.

And it feels right.

I love the difference in reactions to this on Twitter vs. Here.

Because on Twitter, it is pearl clutching, "they should not put this outlaw mudshow garbage wrestling on tv!"

Here, people LOVE IT. Eat it up!
The street fight between AEW World Champion Jon Moxley and Cope has caused a stir worldwide!

Watch #AEWDynamite LIVE every Wednesday on TBS Network and stream on Sports On Max!

The modern four humors, but you throw in a little bit of fent.
Someone pointed out that influencers use serotonin/dopamine/cortisol/oxytocin like they’re the four humors and now I can’t stop seeing it

I love how everyone on Bluesky is so quick to correct that "That was Mark Rober who did that!", and yet no one seems to have picked up on "they knew the car would hit the wall, so they pre-cut a wacky hole in the wall for the car to crash through".

They even pre-cut the painted canvas.
Someone made a Wiley E. Coyote style painted wall to see if Tesla’s autopilot would detect it and well…

RLM don't really need any more gassing up, but boy do I love them.

This review made me want to watch a movie from a genre I hate with a deep passion.

I wish to one day have that kind of juice. To sway peoples opinions and thoughts through words. By reviewing movies.

Swerve Strickland seems like the type of a sicko to get legitimately stabbed by a pair of scissors during a wrestling match.

I know he watches tape.
He has seen the spots.
And Ricochet has been waving those scissors around for a while now...
