After missing a workout yesterday, I’m sorry to report that exercise is, in fact, the thread that I’m dangling by so I don’t dip into complete existential despair.
Just had a mini cry sesh, feeling all the heaviness from the past 2 weeks and was like oh shit I need to workout I cannot feel this rn

Not too late to order bare root fruit trees!!
Sure, they’ll take longer to bear fruit than a more established tree from a nursery, but will be healthier in the long run since the root system will have a chance to establish before putting forth energy to produce fruit.

I go to an inexpensive grocery store, make mostly everything from scratch, and shop frugally. This was $180 and I normally would have been stoked but then folks on XHS said it would have been $50 there 😳🫠😩

I have 100k+ each on IG and TikTok, and deleted IG last week — before doing so, I saw some creators saying, “I know meta and MZ are problematic but I will continue to post here blah blah blah” and I just can’t fathom that mentality 🫠
