It was good to see Tangled by Nick Heyward re-released just before Christmas and on vinyl for the first time (?).

Sad to hear the news about Chris Rea. He was a superb musician and by all accounts a very nice man. He was also from the north-east so of course he was a top man.

edit last night. Really enjoyed it - it fairly zipped along. The biggest compliment I can give is that I didn't really notice what was missing. The music was terrific.

I have just listened to the soundtrack to Blade Runner by Vangelis for the 2,019th time. Its such a work of genius.
There's always talk of music holy grails - mine would be for the complete soundtrack, cues and all, to get an official release.

Doctor Who Magazine very generously provided frames from its run of Fifth Doctor strips to illustrate @paulscoones.bsky.social's commentary pieces on each one. These were, of course, in black and white as originally printed, having been scanned and cleaned for Panini's excellent graphic novel.
