I’ve been loving e33 but end of act 2 didn’t land. Felt like big plot reveals took precedence over the human characters that were the compelling drivers of the melodrama and meta-physical intrigue. Lune and Sciel’s reaction to everything felt underbaked and careless. Curious where this goes tho

I got really nice pots and pans this Christmas, and found some really cute stuff on sale during boxing sale. Best find: vintage Alessi serving tray by Michael Graves for 1/6 of what it costs from a modern reproduction. It looks like what bowser would serve tea on.

I can’t stop playing E33 battles like I’m playing a rhythm game on expert mode. When I get into a fight that has attacks I can’t parry intuitively, I will restart the match endlessly until I can pull it off consistently. I am generally opposed to dodging & only do it when counterattack combos fail

The vibe shift at work at AI is coming on so strong I could honestly cry I am so happy. The business execs are finally waking up to the bullshit promises they have been sold, and are starting to be skeptical and pushback against concepts with AI without real, legitimate, human-centred use cases.

Supremely appreciate E33 instant retry mechanic, which is making me approach bosses and new enemies like a rhythm heaven tutorial until I can consistently parry everything, and then purposely dying to reset and absolutely slap the boss silly in as few turns as possible.

Watching the heartrending Robert Munsch CBC interview about living with dementia and Parkinson’s, and this man is posting tik toks of himself happily going to Costco to get a deal on his coffin. What a G lmao

Don’t see what you all see in Pawberto. I would have politely walked away from him at the party as soon as he quirk-chungus’d in front of me for the third time within 3 seconds of speaking to me.

My favourite form of homophobia is my aunt from manhattan who likes gay people, but only if they’re young and beautiful, and thinks seeing older men together is “weird.” Boys’ love homophobe.

Just woke up from a 30 second nap dream where I was in the near future and looking at a newspaper stand on an urban street filled with the headlines of American magazines and newspapers highlighting the emergence of “Costco Communism” in political discourse

Very dilly dally Sunday. Went for a walk for coffee, remembered I needed baby powder & walked to a pharmacy, ended up browsing & buying wrapping paper, going to the library to pick up a book, then getting a tiny baguette I could eat later, and then walking to another grocery store for chocolate milk
