I have been to Budapest a couple of times. Hey America, Hungary is a low budget Vienna. It could be great but the buildings have been trashed and not repaired, people do ok, but not that good and Orban is a total asshole.

We need to see some written policy honestly. These mother fuckers will say they will do this but then write basically useless policy with too many loop holes, not enough funding and no standards. What is the plan? Medicaid reimbursement is so low for home health, for example, that it’s useless.

Speaking of DHS. The Save Act that requires basically a passport is problematic as it requires biometric scan travelling and I am guessing they will want it when you sign up for a passport. Then, you’re in the system and can be tracked basically anywhere.
