(mature) student, working towards a degree in urban planning. Also part-time local government elected official (aka a politician) in the City of Lund, Sweden. Particular interest in land use and sustainability.
I have a business idea (one of my better ones—right up there with reselling plastic bags 😄):
Open a gym that only has cardio machines and a ton of cable crosses. Zero wait time. 😅

Maybe somone smarter than me could answer the question if Elon Musk has potentially exposed himself to lawsuits form shareholders? I mean, it cannot be compatible with being a CEO to put the Tesla brand at jeopardy by acting in dubious ways?

Today I learned about the Pruitt-Igoe project in St Louis. Astonishing! Puts the "failed" Million Program in Sweden in perspective.

I love the word "badlands." Someone got so upset with the terrain that they ran out of words to describe it.

"How are these lands? What did you see?"
"They are bad. Didn't like them one bit."

Excited about the new incoming Polish government headed by Donald Tusk, even though I'm not a Polish citizen. Poland is an important country for Europe, in my opinion. Hopefully the new prime minister can steer the country on to a new path.
