I basically managed someone for a week some time ago and I just thought about it again and I'd love to go into management. I enjoyed helping that person, giving them objectives, tips, and then guiding them to the end result. They did really well too

Extremely overwhelmed and stressed. I feel frozen and cannot focus on tasks nor complete them. I feel like shit cause I can't do anything. I wanna give up. I wanna get out of this rut.

I keep picking my phone up every 2 minutes for some goddamn reason. And I waste my time looking for something - I don't know what it is. And im at work. I'm wasting my time at work. Everytime I put my phone down I pick it up immediately. I just cant focus and being aware of it is killing me
