I watched Trump speak for the first time today. He went from tariffs to building battleships to merit in about 2 minutes. Soon after he was on drug trafficking then Canada then Putin.
If he makes it all up as he goes, it's rather impressive. But if he's trying to deliver a message, not so much.

I don't see why Ukrainians would need Trump peace submit to give away their territories. They can do this by themselves if they ever want to. And Putin could stop his invasion by himself too...
