Half Marathon Training: Run 35 - What a difference 48 hours makes! No more grey and grotty weather. Just lovely blue sky and sunshine. I was very pleased with my pace as well. Just a 5K for my “short” run of the week. Next week I’m increasing to 8K.

Half Marathon Training: Run 34 - This week it’s 7K. So this felt like a step up again. It was a grotty, cold and grey day so I opted for a very simple circuit for me to run. I took it nice and steady and was happy with my time. Next week I increase my distance again…

I don’t know…I thought the Masters of the Universe trailer was pretty fun. But then again I’m just a casual viewer who fondly remembers the show from my childhood. Not a “fan”.
