Logic is not sure there is a need for bench fodder if no intention to bring in the robot so can spread the funds a bit all season!

Got the captaincy wrong but expected Watkins to start and he should have returned anyway. Had the Vice on Bowen so can’t pretend Palmer was going to be my captain!

Original plan to captain Mbuemo but now scared of Wissa taking the big chances.

Therefore Salah or Palmer 🤔
Might change in the next 10 but think I’ll go with Mo which would have been unthinkable a few weeks ago!

Call me mad but not regretting getting Hall or Isak.
Newcastle looked good first half, thought Howe’s substitutions didn’t work and lost them control.
Hall got in plenty of promising positions and set piece delivery looked decent.
Isak could have easily had a couple of goals on another day.

Relieved it’s locked last minute decided Saliba over Josko and was going to go without Watkins.
