If anyone is curious, this is how a rough sketch starts out. I mainly focus on composition during that stage and refine it later or go straight into painting and noodle around with shapes until I like something.

Another Rebelle painting. I do prefer the brushes in Rebelle over the ones I have in Photoshop. I'm might consider switching to it. I also like that you can see the bumpiness of the strokes.
