I WAS planning to get a tattoo when I reached my weight loss goal of 170 lbs (77 kg). But a lifetime of being overweight and a genetic predisposition to liver issues has taken that small celebration away from me. TLDR: my platelet count is rather low. A tattoo would be a dangerous proposition. 🩸🩸🩸

As of this writing, I've lost a total of 73.4 lbs since I started the tirzepatide injections.
It's a real mind job weighing 203 lbs when my highest weight, in 2019, was 295.
And I was somehow comfortable weighing that much!?!

How it started vs. how it's going. Per doctor's orders, (highly suggested), I started a weight loss program on May 17. Started at 276.4. Today, November 22, I am at 223.5. A 52.9 lb. loss. I was hoping for at least 10 lbs. per month, but damn, weight loss is hard. I have another 50 lbs. to go.

Duct cleaning. There's a thing that, unless you've let your air handler go to shit, you just don't need.
We said yes to it. Paid the $500(?), $800(?) and had more dust within a month's time. And I don't use cheap air filters.
As long as you have regular maintenance and use quality filters, say no.
