Humans can't change sex. Just because a fish can change sex and breathe underwater doesn't mean a human can. Boisterous girls are still girls, feminine boys are still boys. Growing up and learning to accept yourself is difficult. Cutting healthy bodyparts off in pursuit of a lie isn't a good idea.
