To summarize:
Logs! Track which npcs and fish-spots you've met, and which of their encounters and catches you've seen. Questlog tracks story progress. New areas to explore. A new drain in the city!

finished the encounters log! Very exciting! In the next update, your journal will be able to tell you which npcs you've met, which of their talks you've seen, and what you need to do to unlock an unseen talk (larger or smaller pSize, or if it's available but as of yet unseen)

Progress on the log system! Now the game keeps track of which npcs you've met yet, and also which of their talks you've seen or not. Now I've gotta build a ui for the latter data to hook up to 0_0
