This #49ers defense looks far more formidable with Dre Greenlaw back in the lineup. It’s been a while, I forgot how much of an impact him and Fred Warner are when they’re both patrolling the middle of the field. I’m not so sure the rain is as big an impact as stellar D today.

The solution to QBs fake sliding — make it illegal! The NFL prioritizes protecting the QB, so kill the play. Mark them down at the point of the fake slide. When they’re out of the pocket, treat them like any other runner. That’s the risk of running with your QB!
