No, plant milk does NOT cause depression.
And the study in question? It never even said that.
What it did say: Semi-skimmed milk could lead to reduced risk of anxiety & depression.
There was no specific data on plant milk, but media outlets spun a narrative that didn’t exist.

Flax seeds = best Omega-3 source?
That claim is misleading.

Flax is rich in ALA omegas but not EPA & DHA, which are found in fish.
HOWEVER, fish don’t make Omega-3s either - they get them from algae. 🌿
