Salad with a side of salad. For the 2 hour flight from ZRH to EDI up front in posh class, Edelweiss served a caprese salad with a side salad and a mango dessert. It was tasty but there wasn't much of it....and salad with salad? Also, no Biberli for the posh folk - posh chocolates instead. #paxex

Chilling at the Swiss E Gates Senator Lounge having one of the bestest whiskies. I will miss this lounge when I lose my my Gold status. (Oh yes, and that's my ride back to EDI just there!) #avgeek

Spent all morning at the observation deck at ZRH. It's usually CHF 5 but turns out that if you have a boarding pass for the flight on the day, you get in for FREE 🥰✈️📸

It's funny how these so-called low-cost holiday airline subsidiaries are the ones still offering a full(ish) service. Lovely wee sandwich with falafel and sweet chili sauce. Not very Swiss I guess but tasty! And the Biberli was a great end to the Edelweiss flight as always! #paxex

Boarding complete. They seem to have filled this A350 down the back for this short hop from EDI to ZRH. Cabin looks great but it is tight! #paxex

It's not often that you see an Austrian Airlines 787 coming into Glasgow! I was just looking at pictures of this particular aircraft the other day and thinking how naked the tail looked. Thanks to @flightradar24.com for existing 😘 Managed to grab my camera just in time! #avgeek
