If you are looking to do your part in saving democracy, I highly recommend you buy and read ONE book:

Howard Zinn’s a People’s History of America.

It’s a MUST read. It’s not for the faint of heart, but we are at war for the soul of this nation & you have to be hardened to face the fight

READ IT!

My goal is for my second book to be published by March, but i’m only 15000 words into the first draft and it has ✨ISSUES✨

If you want to read the dumpster fire of a first book, it’s a fantasy with Avatar world-building and Tolkien-esk adventures.

I’m trying to find comp titles for my debut novel that will gain interest. So far, i have, Avatar (blue people) world-building, and How to Train Your Dragon, mixed with A Song of Ice and Fire. With a Joel and Ellie relationship from The Last of us. If this interests you, feel free to check it out!

I’m trying to write but my cat sits in my lap every time I sit down. (It’s okay though, ‘cause she’s cute)

You will do readings where no one shows up. You will set up at events and sell no books. Rejection will show up in your inbox again and again. You will say “I wrote a book!” and folks will stay quiet or say “Cool!” and then not buy it. It’s all good. Part of the gig. KEEP AT IT.

Is anybody interested in reading a story about a girl who lost her adoptive mother harboring her in a kingdom that wants her dead for existing, leading to an adventure across the continent with strangers to deliver a letter?
