Rush Frame Presentation is perhaps the biggest upgrade for P+ netplay since Netplay v4.
In my testing on various hardware, it reduces input delay by at least half a frame (aka 1 buffer in mainline) in P+, effectively shaving off ~16ms of ping - connections up to 50ms can now feel like console!
