Observation report for Firozera with a photo of the kaiju and the following text: Professor of Kaiju ​Evolutionary Physiology @Edo_sama Professors of Kaiju Morphology @Miyukiko & @PotatoHastur Professor of Kaiju Kinesiology @Sharmkie Kaiju Designation: Firozera Nature: Bio-Crystalline Height: 378ft Abilities: Shapeshifting, Congregative Reforming, Eye Lasers Threat Potential: Unknown Named after the Persian word for turqoise, “Firuzeh”, Firozera seems to be a creature composed entirely of nonorganic mineral with the ability to shift forms to some extent. The kaiju also seems to have little trouble reforming after being shattered apart, as was witnessed during attempted defensive strikes. It is unknown how long Firozera has existed on Earth, however samples taken from the kaiju were revealed to contain reidite, a rare mineral found within astroblemes. It is theorised that Firozera may be of extraterrestrial origins and changed the very course of our planet’s evolutionary destiny upon arrival. Firozera initially appeared preferring a dinosaurian form but slowly shifted towards a more humanoid one, allowing for research teams to attempt communication. The team has observed several other form displays, but over time we have developed a sort of amicable relationship with the kaiju. Currently, Firozera is working with the VIRTULANTES team under the care of the Planetary Protection Agency. She has also developed a love of vtubers and seeks to support them for all the joy they’ve brought her.

Hearing a vtuber made a completely unacceptable joke when families are being torn apart and kids traumatised AND INJURED is beyond disappointing. I don't even know what to say really I'm so shocked and sad

Many agencies are currently holding auditions and I've had multiple people approach asking for help. So here are some tips to give you a better idea of how to fill out your application and structure your video:
「᯽ 𝘿𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙤𝙣 𝙫𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚! ᯽」 —— Presume these are basic skills or prerequisites for everyone entering. If you show off your funny side, highlight your quick wit rather than just funny things that happened to you. Show you can be proactive with your jokes rather than reactive. If you are a klutz and say unintentionally weird things on stream though (like me), count them as proactive. 「᯽ 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡! ᯽」 —— If you’re great at singing, dancing, meme posts, drawing or anything else, show how successful you’ve been at turning those skills into something popular or profitable. If you have had anything go viral, highlight those too! 「᯽ 𝘽𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜! ᯽」 —— Even if you don’t have a lot of the skills you normally see amongst agency vtubers, show your enthusiasm to learn by committing to taking lessons. 「᯽ 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨! ᯽」 —— Focus on what relevant skills and experience you have outside of vtubing which will aid you behind the scenes. You will be expected to do things like manage your own timetable, hold meetings, make proposals and run projects. It will give the agency more confidence if you demonstrate you have the skills to back up your ambitions. 「᯽ 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨! ᯽」 —— Write down a list of realistic goals you want to reach by 3 months, 6 months and one year (ie. I want to release 1 cover song by debut and a second one within 6 months). Show you have a content plan and ambitions! 「᯽ 𝘽𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙝𝙮𝙥𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣! ᯽」 —— Writing an application is really hard! It’s easy to overlook how significant your own achievements are, so write it like you would if you were filling it out for your best friend instead. You’d want your friend to sound as cool as possible, right? Do the same for yourself! 「᯽ 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧! ᯽」 —— If you don’t have a lot of confidence, don’t self-sabotage yourself by saying “I can do this BUT”. Don’t talk down your skills or explain you need specific circumstances for your skills to shine. Your goal is to get your foot in the door by showing your peak potential, then you can negotiate after that! 「᯽ 𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮! ᯽」 —— Many agencies will have a section on why you want to join them. Understand what makes each agency special and what they lack which you can offer them. 「᯽ 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣! ᯽」 —— In your video, include something which grabs the viewer’s attention within the first 20 seconds. It doesn't necessarily have to be a skill. If you can edit, use that to your attention! Also make sure to directly address the person watching to make a connection with them. 「᯽ 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩, 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩! ᯽」 —— If you're using a model, puppeteer it! Don’t just sit there and stare forward as you talk, move around and express yourself (but don’t go overboard to the point it’s distracting). Show you know how to bring out a model’s potential!

I'm also going to restart on trying to find answers for my hip pain. I have all these big dreams but I'm honestly scared of another one my hobbies being robbed from me due to disability... I'm going to keep trying my best though because being a vtuber is so important to me

2025 goals review!
❌️ Hit 4.5k on Twitch - I developed leg/hip pain preventing me from streaming as much but I got to 3.7k which is ok! ✅️ Write more articles and create more vtuber resources - I did! I feel like I've finally settled into my niche now and I want to try and do more shorts. I want to focus on giving vtubers the resources for safer, more accessible, and fun experiences. ✅️ Do a game show - I made my friends date, marry, and fight each other in divorce court for Valentines! ❌️ Try to sing more - In a way I did but my hopes of doing a karaoke stream didn't quite manifest because I get easily scared singing in public. ✅️ 3rd Annual Bad Horror Movie Slideshowcase - Success! I heard about lots of crazy bad movies and it was a lot of fun! ❌️ Another new outfit - Less streams meant less income this year. I also had to give up art due to other illnesses. But I was gifted a new outfit design which I hope will be possible in the future! ✅️ Get invited to something big - It was the BIGGEST anime con in Australia!! I also got to run a booth and invited 40+ vtubers for meet and greets! I haven't had word back if we'll be able to run the booth again... but fingers crossed! 🤞 I think this year was pretty good, all things considered. There were a lot of highs and lows but through it all, I had my wonderful friends and community there to see me through it and I am eternally grateful. 💖
