I just found out the Airbnb cofounder is now America’s Chief Design Officer.

Welcome to America! Please enjoy your stay, and don’t forget to strip the sheets, take out the trash, and pay the $200 cleaning fee on your way out.

Elon’s strategy has been to strip things down to the core & master it at scale.

With cars, he rejected LiDAR & sensors, and bet on vision. Now with robots, he’s dropping mocap & going vision-only again.

No fusion of sensors just the cameras and AI.

Is vision only a genius move or a gamble?

Oh no, someone over at the U.S. Bureau of Labor will be fired over the latest Producer Price Index number.

That doesn’t look appetizing at all.

Looks like the meeting between Trump and the Intel CEO went well.

It's a green light to load up on Intel stocks now (it was a joke, not a financial advice).

UCLA communications student Jamie Han’s graduation speech was loud and clear, bravo!

I approve and I’m glad the kids are alright.

It’s the perfect example of pay to play and dressed up as protectionism.

Nvidia & AMD agreed to hand over 15% of their China chip revenue to the US government in order to receive their mandatory export license to China.

While taking a walk with my dog, I saw a girl holding a sign on her way to join the “No Kings” demonstration in Culver City.

It gave me a hopeful feeling, like we’re on the verge of losing something important, but the kids understand what’s at stake. They get it! ❤️

Tesla owner Kyle Paul replicated Mark Rober's Tesla wall crash with his Model Y (HW3, FSD v12.5.4.2)

And if he hadn’t taken control 😱

His friend's Cybertruck HW4 passed the test & stopped.

So yeah, good luck, HW3 Model Y owners, you’ve been musked. Maybe a retrofit will save you… in a few years.

Wow, even after watching the video, I can’t believe this is real! The YouTube channel Led By Donkeys (128K subscribers) left a massive message at Black Rock Sands in Wales, UK. It’s so big, you can see it from space!

Currently, 6.2% of your paycheck is deducted for Social Security, with your employer matching that amount. That means 12.4% of your earnings go into Social Security.

If DOGE plans to cancel it, I want my money back!

iRobot unveiled a new line of vacuums, but doubts about its future persist. Without access to servers and updates, these “smarter” vacuums lose their edge. What’s the point of advanced features if they become useless when the company shuts down?

Tesla CyberVan spotted!

Jokes aside, an aftermarket supplier made the vehicle more versatile, prioritizing function over form, not that the form was attractive to begin with.

Rivian selling through Costco? Didn’t see that coming.

I love Rivian tapping into Costco’s massive, deal-hunting member base. This offer could help Rivian reach new customers.

I can’t see the final price compared to buying directly from Rivian, but I bet they’ll offer a great deal!

Google’s Gemma 3 27B model can run on just one Nvidia H100 GPU!

This kind of efficiency could drastically cut AI deployment costs, making it more accessible for everyone and more integrated into products we use daily.

I’m old enough to remember when Niantic was just an internal Google startup.

Yet another great idea from Google’s playbook that it failed to fully capitalize on. Imagine if Google had held on and leveraged its tech to fuel its VR/MR efforts.

Larry Page is at it again! His new startup, Dynatomics, is using AI and 3D printing to make electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft more affordable.

I can’t wait for Jetsons-style flying cars to become a reality!
