When is it better to lump together or to split? Take autism as an example. Despite being very far from stupid(common sense is another matter!) I don't see myself as functioning anywhere near as well as most others who were given an Asperger's dx. #disability

Therapy that should've happened at least 50 years ago is ripping open old wounds. The therapist is blameless. He's not responsible for that. I'm struggling with strong feelings of being a failure , and immense self criticism in not being able to self heal. I'm crying a lot more than usual.
