United Healthcare has dropped my local hospital completely leaving me without an "In-Network" provider without driving for miles. Had an identity theft scare when a random W2 showed up, but it turned out to be legitimate. The employer's name listed turned out to be the HR management company and I even had a login for their site. For anyone else that has this sort of scare: www.ssa.gov/agency/conta...
