There's a book that I just published on Leanpub for early access, with 7 out of 10 chapters already completed.

Any guesses what the book is called and what it's talking about? 😀

I just published an article on how to integrate Ollama and Semantic Kernel with .NET Aspire. Enjoy!

Also, I will be posting more useful AI engineering content on my Substack, so feel free to subscribe if this is something you are interested in.

It's funny how those people who are complaining about the last night's South Park episode and are calling for the show to be cancelled and those who used to complain about the lack of free speech and the prevalence of cancel culture are the same people.

Happy Independence Day, my American friends!

The good news is that, to celebrate it, @manningbooks.bsky.social reduced the price of all its books by half. This includes my .NET Aspire book that you can get here:

Did you know that, in .NET Aspire, there's an easy way of connecting your distributed application to an existing database? Moreover, it's the same way for any database type, whether it's SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or even a NoSQL variety, like MongoDB.

As promised, I wrote an article debunking the idea that AI will replace software engineering jobs. Well, it will replace some developers. I explained what kind of developers are in danger.

Surviving and thriving as a software developer in the age of AI
Since artificial intelligence and large language models became advanced enough to gain the ability to write code, many developers started to panic.

I've got a suggestion to make democracies populist-proof.

Before any election, you need to pass and exam proving that you know how the thing you are voting on works.

It's free and you can take it as many times as you need to. But you aren't allowed to cast your vote until you pass this exam.

My .NET Aspire book is now available in the Manning store!

For the time being, the first six chapters have been published on the Manning platform after a makeover. It's already discounted, but if you use the MLsazanavets3 promo code, you will get a further 50% off.

If you are a C# developer and want to get into machine learning and AI, you don't have to learn Python.

The .NET ecosystem has its own very powerful set of tools that happens to be severely underrated.

I am currently in the process of writing a book on it, which is available in early access.

Is any of you using static server-side rendering mode in #Blazor? If so, I'm curious to know the benefits of it.

To me, it doesn't seem to have any. Buttons don't work (unless it's something very simple), certain lifecycle events don't work, JavaScript interop doesn't work.

For any of you who thought that SignalR is only good for real-time chat applications, you'll be surprised how many cool things you can do with it 🙂

I am currently actively working on the next chapter of my book, ".NET Aspire Made Easy".

It will be talking about the ways of deploying and scaling Aspire apps.

The book is available for early access on Leanpub and it's 70% complete. It's also heavily discounted while it's in early access.

If you write software in .NET and build distributed applications, then you should definitely try .NET Aspire. This framework makes it so easy to develop and debug distributed apps. Nothing else comes even close.

We used it in our project at Microsoft. Things have become so much easier with it.
