It's not easy getting back into the hang of everything again. I've been back home for about 3-4 weeks now. And honestly, it's kinda still weird, I don't feel so depressed anymore.

I had a wonderful bday yesterday! We stayed at a farm in a wagon and I could look at the stars all night. There's a window above the bed.
I got over my fear of horses and was able to pet a really gentle one.
I'm also back from the clinic and feel so much better.
Onwards to new things! 💕🍀

Gerade für mein Geburstagswochenende im Januar einen (beheizten) Bauwagen auf einem Bauernhof in der Nähe gebucht. Ich freu mich! Das wird fein. Einfach Arc und ich in der Natur, vllt. mit Lagerfeuer und vielen Tieren zum Streicheln und Füttern außenrum. Freu mich schon!

Finally have a place in a clinic for getting my mental health in order again. I'll stay there for 4 - 6 weeks. I'll start on Wednesday. It's all very scary, but I hope it'll help me to get better again.

Went to a VHS drawing course every Monday on September and it was great. It was the "school of seeing", I got to try out coal and watercolor, but also just pen. Brought some leaves, peach & mango & a little penguin sculpture at one point. I'll share some in this tread for everyone interested.

Ab morgen den Urlaub nutzen und Psychiater und Klinik organisieren/Infos einholen.
Geht halt nicht anders weiter wie es ist... Hab aber ganz schön Bammel und eigentlich keine Kraft dafür.

Heute endlich geschafft ein paar Therapeuten anzuschreiben. Bin schon etwas stolz.
Arbeit ist noch anstrengender als sonst, da ich von den Antidepressiva eher die Nebenwirkungen fühle als alles andere...
Wann ich wohl wieder was anderes mache als schlafen, die Wand anstarren und arbeiten... TBC.

Wohnungen energetisch reinigen gehört immer noch zu den Dingen, die ich gerne machen, es ist immer sehr interessant sich in unbekannte Umgebungen reinzufühlen... und das seit knapp 18 Jahren. Die eigene Wohnung energetisch reinigen.. das sollte ich eigentlich mal regelmäßiger machen x'DD
