Planning a seasonal wardrobe only gets you so far. Wearing it is the real test. Here’s what got the most mileage this fall — and what I learned along the way. #newblogpost
Fall Collection: A Two-Month Recap of How I Wore It
When I first shared my Fall Collection in Pieces I’ve Fallen in Love With, I had high hopes for each item — but the real test is always in the wearing. Now that it's two months later, I’m circling back to share what truly earned its hanger space and how each piece made its way into regular rotation. I still haven’t gotten into the habit of snapping daily OOTDs, so the only images I have come from the outfits that were showcased on the blog in the past several weeks.

The Inevitable End Of Life: Tech Edition
Over the past year or so, I’ve had to come to terms with a few inevitable “end of life” realities. Not the heavy, philosophical kind—more like the kind that involves unexpected shutdowns, dramatic pauses, and a startling amount of sighing. And yes, it’s me doing the sighing. Last year, I replaced my 7-plus-year-old laptop, and honestly, the poor thing had earned its retirement.

A skirt I almost didn’t buy has turned into ten years of holiday memories. Here’s how I’ve worn it through the seasons and the new look I’m wearing this year. #newblogpost #sequinskirt #holidayoutfit
Just Chillin’: Easy Festive Look That Sparkles
You know those pieces you almost talk yourself out of buying but end up wearing for years? This sequin skirt is one of mine. I happened upon it while browsing a decade ago, hesitated, didn't buy it, changed my mind, had to order it online —there was a shipping delay— went back to the store ... it's a long story.

Reuse•Reclaim•Recycle: The Unsuited Edit
There was a time when a suit came as a set — trousers (or skirt) and a blazer, coordinated and inseparable. But somewhere along the way, fashion loosened its grip on that rule, a rule I rarely really followed anyway. One of the joys of secondhand shopping is discovering great pieces that weren’t originally part of a pair but still work together beautifully.

Would You, Could You? White Jeans In Cooler Weather
Would you, could you wear white jeans once the air has turned crisp and the days have grown short? For far too long, that was one of fashion’s biggest taboos — but like most outdated rules, it’s one I’m happy to break. Somewhere between evolving style norms and the rise of year-round denim, white jeans have found their place in every season.

Unpopular Opinions (But I’m Saying Them Anyway) & Link-Up
With age comes perspective — and a few opinions that don’t always go along with current trends. Especially when it comes to impractical fashion choices, overhyped lifestyle trends, or the idea that everyone over an arbitrary age needs to “reinvent” themselves. So, in the spirit of mild rebellion (and midlife clarity), I’ve gathered a few of my own unpopular opinions.
