Currently working on making modern aviation software, check it out at: abeamflight.com

I’ll be sharing more on my own personal site: filscotthenrique.com
The past few weeks have been packed with building out core capabilities and revamping our marketing site. I'm particularly proud of how the view/edit mode transitions came together for our dialog component. (Small potatoes, but this took us a good chunk of our morning today get right!)

Never tell me that implementing CSS native device frames is easy. I am quite happy with how it turned out though. 😊

Our goal with Abeam is to make checking the weather smoother and more convenient for both pilots and dispatchers. Building the TAF into the schedule is just one step toward a more modern flight operations experience.

I’m particularly proud of how the day/night clock’s popover tooltip came out. We wanted to give pilots and dispatchers an easy way to check the times that are critical to nighttime flying and currency.

Tons more to share over the coming days while we finalize @abeam.app‘s scheduling feature.

Completed our first-pass mock of our prospects feature in
@abeam.app along with an updated navigation and app header. Incredibly productive start to the week, thanks to @anthropic.com and #ClaudeCode. Sonnet 4.5 is doing a great job so far. I'm impressed!

I've been working since I got home from my travels on cleaning up the absolute *mess* I made with the @abeam.app authentication system.
Putting some of the final touches on the Ul with these short animations feels especially satisfying. #softwaredeveloper #saas

Spent all last night wondering how I broke authentication in my app. Only to realize that I was using PKCE on the front-end while the BFF layer was using secrets.

6 hours of troubleshooting later I realized my mistake...🙃

Provo, UT from around 12,000ft last night.

The haze over the city gives it an ethereal glow.

You truly discover what "builder-grade" home means (in the negative sense) when you try to change anything about how it was originally built.

There was a snake in our hangar.

Don’t worry, we safely transported him back to the tall grass nearby.

Flew up into the mountains yesterday and landed at the highest elevation airport in the country. Absolutely beautiful views. #aviation
