Have been quite a bit busy lately (work and other big things soon!) but decided it'd be fun to add face and eyetracking onto my Index using a slightly modified version of Physics-Dude's design (on github) for an EyeTrackVR + Project Babble dongle. Could've done a better 3d print job but it works ok!

Now that I've gotten a chance to actually take it for a spin IRL, I can post the project I've been working on. Think it's pretty okay for the first time making a suit :3

I think I've discovered what Tetsuya Nomura must've felt like while cooking up with the character outfits for Kingdom Hearts 2. It's not because I have come up with some sort of iconic fit but because I've been adding excessive belts/straps to an article of clothing.

Wellp as if today wasn't already bad enough, my water heater decided to kick the bucket. Sucks not having hot water til it can be replaced but looking at it, I'm just thankful and amazed that it hadn't started an electrical fire, so that's cool I guess (figuratively and literally).

Had originally snagged a sewing machine to work on a bodysuit and was originally a bit worried about how much use I'd get outside of that. Haven't yet gotten to sewing the actual suit and I feel like I've already justified the cost from patching up random clothes. Fun to learn new skills!!! ^^

Apparently it's that time of year again where I start working on something fursuit related :3
Had a nice relaxing time this weekend taking my stuffed duct tape dummy and starting to go through the process of producing a pattern for a bodysuit!!

May have accrued a bunch of Lego recently, haven't had the space to put together the main sets, but one of the GWPs is quite a nice little tribute to a certain astronomer and physicist.

Man I wish someone told me how relaxing sewing is sooner. Nice to just vibe after work and put something together while not thinking too much. Hopefully it'll be something worth sharing at some point :3
