I highly recommend this Metroidvania. The shit that is said in the dialogue is so grimy and awesome.

Well, I’m starting to feel some affects from my tumour growing. There’s a pressure in my head, usually when I stand. My balance seems like it’s getting worse which is a mess when you consider how bad it was before.
