There are only TWO days left to comment on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) that proposes to revise FERC’s current regulations concerning when construction can begin on approved natural gas projects while a request for rehearing is pending.

There are three upcoming open houses for the Plaquemines LNG Expansion Project.

Plaquemines plans to construct additional liquefaction facilities that would be capable of producing up to approximately 18.6 million metric tonnes per annum of LNG.
