Given how many accusations lobbed at Dems that Republicans are then caught doing, any day now I expect the discovery of a secret enclave of white Rs eating cats and dogs by the truck load.

On a work zoom meeting, dude bro shows some shit AI image he made: "AI is rad. Copilot is legit."

Moments later: "paraphrasing JFK, we don't do it cause it's easy, we do it because it's hard."

Exhausting, dumb shit.

Finally watching Rockulla to finally appease the voice of @williambibbiani.bsky.social in my head that says "Yay!" when I see it, and a sad "Aww" when I scroll past it.

To wildly over simplify things: If someone made $1 million a year and was taxed 50%, they would still make around $1,300 a DAY! Not weekdays. EVERY day. I don't know a single person who wouldn't find that completely life changing. And by today's standards of rich, $1 mil is nothing.
"According to the…annual Harris Poll, for the 1st time, a majority of Americans believe billionaires are a threat to democracy. A remarkable 71% believe there should be a wealth tax. A majority believe there should be a cap on how much wealth a person can accumulate." www.nytimes.com/2025/12/14/o...

Fun fact: that (prop) gun is pointed right at my nose.
Just a quick little trailer of an upcoming film competition.

20 films from from all over the world, vying the right to call themselves the world's best.

And whom do we see with their fingers on the trigger ?

I just saw an ad for Jurassic World: Rebirth that included the phrase "bring it home," but it was an ad for it streaming on Peacock, not for a physical release, and now I need to punch something.

One thing fun about the evil and failures of both parties is watching it slowly get people that I know who are centrists and maybe right of center to start moving their ideals WAY left.

Shit like this is why I spent way too much of my adult life thinking I was a Republican (as I foolishly operated under the assumption that politics was a binary)

Remember just a few years ago when some crypto bros bought a copy of the film Bible to Jodorowsky's Dune, essentially an art book, for over $3 mil, and thought they bought the rights to Dune as a whole.

It's still wild to me that every single AI commercial I see either shows it doing exactly what any internet search already did, or shows entirely incompetent people using it to do a job they're clearly unqualified for.

Why did my brain immediately know, just from how the movie looks, that this was made by the same guy that made Hell Comes to Frogtown and the Rollerblade Seven. I have a profoundly broken brain.
