Prologue realeased an update to version 4.0 and no supports #audiobookshelf servers. I like the Well-organized interface and I think it will replace Plappa as my favorite app for audiobooks.

Wow, the release of the new minisforum MS02 Ultra completely passed me by. It's simply a #homelab monster. I think this means my plan to buy a proper rack #server

I took a closer look at this new Beyerdynamic headset. The only question I still have is: is Bluetooth 6 comparable to old 2.4 GHz dongles in terms of latency? Has anyone had any experience with this? I'd be grateful for any insights.

I'm spending the holidays in #Berlin with my family. It's nice to be back home again. With that in mind, I wish everyone a few relaxing days, and for those who are celebrating, have a great time.

lol Gemini recommends that I should use BeMyEyes for a visual task. When AI tools recommend each other, there's a certain irony to it. But it's precisely in situations like this that it feels far more intelligent than anything that has come before.

I still have two 16 GB #RAM sticks lying around here. If #OpenAI wants them, I'll sell them for a month's salary.

When will #Apple finally pull the plug on this so-called intelligent voice assistant Siri? The thing understands me about as well as a newborn puppy...

Maybe I've missed something, but is there another #Mastodon client for #Windows besides #Tweesecake that is reasonably accessible? Apart from web interfaces.

And I jumped into a new rabbit hole. Functions for complex workflows and aliases for standard functions in the bash. Suddenly life seems much easier

Just discovered the winget upgrade --all function. Maybe everyone knows this except me.. But this thing is quite powerful to update most #Windows programs, if they are in the registry. I had 42 hits. That's a pretty relaxed way to update everything quickly.

Since this is unfortunately a new instance after I had to bury the old one, here's a new introduction. I'm Felix, a hardcore tech nerd, I love audio dramas, I'm new to the homelab game and am currently putting all my free energy into it. I work as an accessibility tester in the public sector.

I've finally got the Mastodon instance working the way I need it to. And now my federated timeline only shows me useful stuff that interests me. #fedi
