Went to a sweat lodge ceremony this past week in my area, it was clothing optional, and afterwards, a lot of the men laid out on the Earth skyclad! It felt like a very accepting space nudity-wise and I will be going again

It's heart breaking that the local naturist swim club decided to crack down on single men attendees after the group went under-fire after their Pride appearance in the parade. I literally went to an event and they said to my face they are actively trying to dissuade single men from joining

By covering up, we only fuel the fire of objectification. The path to a sane and healthy view of the body isn’t through “modesty,” but through normalising nudity. It’s just a body, we all have one, and it shouldn’t be some great taboo to see someone else’s. (2/2)

so happy that at the end of a long day, I can take all of my clothes off with no shame, and total comfort, fall onto my bed, and end the day the way I came into the world. Naturism has many looks, and it's not just naked outside, it's naked as a reminder we are of this Earth, and the rest is drag

Reflecting on another summer of naked experiences! This year at the WNBR I felt the most grounded in the three years I've done it, I spoke to a few riders, and made sure to notice the many positive, encouraging, and entertained faces passing by on the street. No sunscreen got in my eyes this year!

found a Russian banya near me that has a pretty long history by canadian standards! The absolute plus of the experience is that you can tell the ones who don't give a fuck about clothes, really are comfortable in their own skin. I'm glad I can say I am now one of those people!

I went to a spa yesterday, and it was really great! But wearing that damn swim suit had my robe getting so wet, that I was getting a little too chilly! It is one of those moments when the naturist thinks, "why do so many find this necessary"?

Naturists who visit resorts that say they can tell who is there to just look at naked people are confirming a bias that naturism is supposed to look like hetero-couples in groups reclining in the sun. Single visitors are allowed to visit, and likely want to be welcomed.

we often think that people don't want to see a naked person while they are out for a stroll, lol, but it has always been my hope and wish! I really need to see more naked people enjoying nature!

it really can be hard to call yourself a "proud" nudist! Because sometimes there is so much internalized shame for being a nudist that, it can be hard to believe for yourself that this choice is a healthy, wholesome and wise choice that benefits you, and the planet at the same time

got to go for a 2 hour hike naked two days in a row, and not going to lie, it was so therapeutic and felt like the most natural thing you could do!
