Just launched my new Android app on Google Play store: RestCycle, an app made to help you discover the best times to go to bed and wake up, all based on natural sleep patterns.
Made me learn a lot, and hope it can help someone 😃

The picture shows a mobile app, it has two tabs: one called "Sleep" with optimal wake-up times if the user falls asleep in a defined by the user hour and minute of the day and another tab called "Wake up" where the user can see the better options to sleep based on when the user wants to wake up. To set an alarm in both tabs, the user can click on a button with a bell icon on the right of the option, the screen also have a button to redirect the user to the settings page of the app
