The US is doing a shadow war in Venezuela that was never approved by Congress nor has any support from the US people. Caracas is the capital of the country. Trump is bombing the capital of a country with no congressional approval. In a functional country he would be removed, tried, and hanged
They bombed the main military base in Caracas, I live near there, and there also have been shootings. Some friends told me they're bombing other states as well.
