Well, I survived the colonoscopy.. no polyps, but a bit of gastro (reflux) I guess that means. Gastroenterologist to discuss with me in a couple of weeks. So glad I made it back to the real world 👍

Now things have changed for Wednesday, my friend needs to come to collect me. He’s taking another friend to an appointment and taking him home. Definitely will be taking him out for lunch soon to thank him.

It looks like someone has been eating my Wonder White Bread which I need for my dietary needs until I have my procedure. I told them not to touch it. I will put it in the downstairs fridge on Sunday
