I kind of think that, like Jinx in the first season, season two of Arcane is so heavily weighted towards Viktor woobism that hating Viktor leads to you misunderstanding the narrative. Like not because you're stupid, but because people's actions don't make sense in a world where Viktor sucks.

god sometimes i forget that people just... hate disabled people and think ableism is something white people made up to feel oppressed. like they just hate us so much they'll invent reasons we're actually the problem for existing.

I like the potential for postcanon Mel/Jayce but lol Jayce would just kill himself. Like if Viktor is dead you're going to have to do a lot of heavy lifting to explain why Jayce has not just killed himself. Maybe Mel can get Lest to be Jayce's service catgirl and keep him on suicide watch?

Always those damn jayvik shippers keeping minorities down. If people didn't want to see those two guys kiss Riot would be making a ton of merch about their black women characters. They'd love to, but they're just hampered by the fujoshi.

Okay but why did they remodel Viktor into a sassy little twink. There's Fortiche concept art where Arcane Herald has the silhouette of old Machine Herald, Riot decided to redo all his skins of their own free will. Why make him a twink and then not even try for the fag dollars and fujobucks?
