Nature is no joke and unfortunately, this is probably just the beginning. Hopefully, it will be a wake-up call to return funding to the NWS However, I doubt it. This time, I believe it was just too early. Everyone was still asleep at 4am when alerts came out. They woke up to a flood and missed it. π
