The best way to think about AI is to imagine if the Manhattan Project failed. What if nuclear weapons were impossible, but we didn’t know it? We would still be spending near unlimited amounts of money trying to make it work because if somebody else beat us to it, we lose the future.

I understand why the Democrats want to stand by while the conservatives turn on each other, but that’s going to look like Alien vs Predator: whoever wins, we all lose. Just look at the Sudanese Civil War, two rival warlords turning their country into a war zone entirely for personal gain.

The two most likely scenarios for another January 6 are if JD Vance loses in 2028 or if a future Democratic president is in a position to appoint a replacement for Thomas/Alito/Roberts/Kavanaugh/Barrett/Gorsuch

The only thing preventing John Roberts from surpassing Roger Taney as the worst Chief Justice of all time is that Roberts has yet to author an opinion that causes a civil war. But if he rules in trumps favor on birthright citizenship he just might.

One thing I think we can safely say is there is zero chance Bill Clinton is in the Epstein files but Trump is not, because if that was the case Trump would have released them on Day 1.

I’ve said this before, but the solution to Supreme Court partisanship is not to balance its partisanship, it’s to make the court less powerful. SCOUTS should not be an independent branch of government. There’s no reason we can’t have a Supreme Court made up of the chief judge of every circuit.
