After the art high wore off I realized the design still needed work. Got the gf in a call to give me the female gaze opinion, and I think it turned out better.

Did a revamp of Kael (see earlier in the timeline) since I was already working on everyone else. Gf is busy sleeping so she hasn't signed off on whether or not he's handsome enough for her, but I think I managed to at least get close.

So it's been 4 years since I first drew Syldria and almost 2 since the last time I tried to make a good reference. She might be the hardest design to get right because of the horns. She's a Tiefling monk that REALLY likes punching.

Another newbie to my Bsky, but this is actually a v2 of a character I played briefly like 2-3 years ago, a Yuan-ti Gunslinger by the name of Ca'asca R'yan, nickname "Sidewinder." Still need to figure out how I'm going to draw her hat this time around...

Never posted her here before which is fine because this is her v3 and it's radically different than v1 and 2. Meet Thruma Thrudsdóttir, a dwarven Tempest Cleric. She might be small but she's packing a giant's attitude which works for a devotee of Stronmaus the Storm Giant god.

Got Tal'thei over there looking concerned someone's seen her actual face. Also needs a bit of a touchup but her design has been pretty consistent for the last year or two, so it's more about consistency than iteration. Also the game I was playing her in got cancelled, so that sucks.

So I put these on twitter but I might as well do it here too. This one needs some touchups, but I started doing face practice again. It's actually turning out reasonably well now. Khaz be looking propper annoyed with her resting bitch face.

Drawing more regularly seesm to be helping, so now for the updated Talos image. Who knows how much use I'm going to get out of this disguise but at least I have a visual to work with. Sadly that D&D campaign won't be back around til the 14th.

No lie, trying to design characters would be SO MUCH EASIER if I didn't have aphantasia. If you don't know what it is, look it up and look for the example infographic for how people with it "see" in their heads. Mine is between a 4 and 5. Fucking yikes. Basically drawing blind here.

My high-elf Wizard, Kael'ras Emberclad. Based on my Blood Elf Mage from all the way back in BC, he's a Pyromancer who got caught in his own spells defending his home from a necromancer and his army (boy I bet that sounds familiar).

Decided to try and reset my brain with alcohol, and for once art turned out decent. This is my most played/first DnD character, the half-orc Khaz'raga. Lvl 9 Barbarian (Wolf Totem) 5 Fighter (Battlemaster) She's her party's thiccest character. When she rages her eyes shift gold like a wolf's.

Talona was created to be a mystery to the party, and if obfuscating the truth wasn't so fun I might just reveal the ACTUAL design out of sheer pride. Meet Tal'thei Theridae, a Drow Dhampir hiding on the surface from a rather violent and unpleasant past. Hair 1 and 2 are cannon, 3 was practice.

I'm dogshit at outfits, but I can occasionally knock out a bust sketch or 2. My 3rd D&D character, the enigmatic Talona Striga. Currently lvl 5 (3 Rogue (Assassin)/2 Warlock (Hexblade)). An androgynous "gentleman-thief" style character, the party has yet to figure out anything of any substance.

Idk how often I'll remember to USE this site but if nothing else it'll make a good art archive for later use.
