I love the beauty which simple generative art can achieve. Inspired by the concept of a "random pixel walker", which creates something like a growing structure, I took this concept and combined it with the topic of love and holiday photos.

screenshot from renderdoc. on the right we see the original scene in unreal. it's just 3 boxes on a flat plane which is textured with a checker pattern. on the left we see one render target which shows the scene but with very weird and delirious color and parts of the image are offset - like if the image is cut into pieces and reshuffled.
