I've not said anything for a while, still working on the new game. I do also need to find time to do the last of my TT Combat builds and then buy some more to build just time! There is never enough time.

The more I use AI the less worried I am about there ever being a Skynet. It can't follow simple instructions and guidelines. What hope does it have of planning WW3 or even a pissup in a brewery?

I'm going to say this and hope a lot understand.
I'm using AI as a tool to finish District.
What do I mean well I have dropped the game into AI and am sifting through it using AI to work out what I was doing and so I can remember what I have done.
By the way this is going to be a small thread.

So it would appear ChatGPT is lazy. It has the ability to recall and collect information but it will just rewrite information without checking it and hope you are okay with it.
Its a program and I am having to call it out for lying and not doing as I ask & rewriting things that don't need writing.

So AI for coding, handy but time consuming and draggin as it takes everything literally and you have to remind it again and again that you want to do this and not what another company wants to do. If I read ah Would you like it like X or like Y. No I told you how i Want it do as I ask.

Just seen the TT Combat's pre-order list for the CHROMA stuff, looks great and usually I am not a fan of buying pre-painted terrain as I want it to look how i Want it to look.
Any one interested in me doing a how not to build with them? If I can afford to get them?

I am working on District. Kind of. I can't write the code but I know what I want it to do. So I have spent the day building a character creator, campaign tracker with AI. Planning on it being in HTML so you can print it out, get auto generated gang cards, build rosters and have an online armoury.

Still mad at myself for using AI to do things I could once do myself but It is not as easy as you'd think as it will trip over its own coding.

You can do character creation via dice & paper, or you can write a construct that would allow you to automate this whole process, you can also be lazy & get AI to write the construct for you as your brain no longer can remember how to code in HTML, CSS, or Java and your poor. I feel bad about this.

Apparently the UK government are doing an emergency alert test on the 7th of September so just in case anyone knows any current domestic abuse victims who would need to have their safety phones switched off so as not to be outed, please pass it in.
