There’s not much starts a day better than a run. Winter sunrises are my favourite; leaving home in the dark in torchlight, running into the dawn and watching the world come to life.

Almost time to freak the cats out by decorating, I suppose

Getting back to running after a summer of injury isn’t proving straightforward at all. The injured side is now good, but the side that compensated for it all it taking much longer to get back to a good place. First semi-decent run in a while this morning. Absolutely glorious, despite the soaking.

It might not be the best coffee in the world, by a very long way, but the cup is nice 🎄
