HUD’s new Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity “has overseen the illegal weaponization of… civil rights authorities for purposes contrary to the advancement of civil rights.”
NFHA is deeply concerned that the Senate confirmed Craig Trainor to lead fair housing at HUD based on his troubling record. And calls on Congress to ensure HUD is protecting people from housing discrimination.
